1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SUDO EGO ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SUDO EGO is a personal device usage management application that helps users:

• Block distracting apps during focus sessions
• Create and manage personal identity goals
• Track focus time and personal progress

The App uses Apple's Screen Time API (Family Controls framework) to provide app blocking functionality.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for personal device usage management on your own devices
• Not use the App to monitor or control devices without the owner's consent
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App

4. Screen Time API Usage

The App uses Apple's Screen Time API for app blocking functionality. You acknowledge that:

• This functionality requires your explicit authorization
• You can revoke Screen Time access at any time through iOS Settings
• The App will only block apps you specifically select
• We do not access your personal app usage data

5. Account Registration (Optional)

If you choose to create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to provide accurate information
• You can delete your account at any time

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by SUDO EGO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUDO EGO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
